Business Operations Lead - New York (Hybrid) – Permanent

Plexus are working with an innovative DeFi start up in the cosmos ecosystem with a high-growth team. After raising $20m USD, they are currently looking for a BizOps Lead to join their team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a senior financial, operational or strategy-focused position
• Must have professional experience in a start-up, anywhere from founding level to first 50.
• Able to be based in or around New York

Responsibilities

• Take control of financial operations within the company, including treasury management, budgeting/forecasting and account management within the customer base
• High-level business strategy creation, contributing to the overall growth of the company and brand
• Project management responsibilities, communications, and occasional cross-functional leadership (marketing, community, events, sales)

Bonus Attributes

• Crypto native, familiar with the space
• Professional experience in an early-stage, high-growth organisation
• Based in or around Queens, NY
