As an Account Executive, you will be in charge of the whole sales funnel, from outbound inquiries to closing. You will educate developers regarding the advantages of DataHub’s offering and prospect the top Dapp across DeFi, NFT’s and Gaming. You will also manage the relationship with the customer post-sale to pursue upsell opportunities for new products.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Conduct top of funnel research and find the best way to get in touch with the right points of contact on each team
  • Qualify inbound and outbound sales prospects
  • Reach out to top prospects via multiple communication channels (Telegram, Discord, email, etc.)
  • Serve as the first point of contact and ongoing relationship manager for key customers
  • Identifying opportunities for back-and cross-selling efforts across key products
  • Own and manage the company’s use of CRM to ensure the system is up to date and that all relevant company stakeholders are utilizing it efficiently.
  • Effectively communicate DataHub’s service offerings and the company’s strengths versus its competitors.
  • Work with the product team to identify and prioritize customer feedback and inform the product roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience as SDR or BDR
  • Experience selling SaaS products, developer-facing or API products
  • Demonstrated track record of working with enterprise & institutional customers
  • Experience selling in the crypto & blockchain space is preferred. At a minimum, candidates should have an understanding of the leading blockchain protocols.
  • Ability to act independently and proactively in an effort to source and progress new business.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience leading sales team a plus
