As a Marketing Assistant at Figment, you will manage and coordinate our marketing tasks working closely with our marketing and sales team.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Organize and curate marketing and sales materials
- Coordinating, drafting, editing, and proofreading content for both internal and external inquiries/requests
- Conduct research, compile information, and collect metrics from various sources to produce draft reports, documents, and presentations
- Manage our systems for content archiving
- Assist in keeping the website up to date
- Managing our weekly newsletters
- Compile social/web analytics and customer stats / reports
Qualifications
- Able to multitask and balance multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Google Workspaces / Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with graphics & Adobe Suite
- Experience with content & sales marketing
- Experience with segmentation and sending newsletter campaigns
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge of Crypto and blockchain
- Knowledge of SEO
- Figma / WebFlow / Newsletter Platforms
