The Role
Due to the phenomenal growth of our Entertainment division, we have a new position available for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, overseeing and executing online and offline marketing strategies for Gala’s Vox brand in order to attract new users, engage and excite existing users and deliver on our vision to be the global leader in Web3 Entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Designing innovative multi-channel marketing strategies and campaign plans, across Social Media/Paid/UA, and supervising the delivery of these plans, coordinating the various phases of a marketing campaign with the wider team and managing marketing budgets
- Evaluating campaigns' results, and monitoring the presence of campaigns across multiple platforms
- Be in close contact with data, product and customer service teams to learn from customer feedback and research new opportunities
- Engage and work with our Design/creative team to direct and approve marketing assets
- Build and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a marketing role within the gaming/metaverse space
- Educated to degree level / professional qualification in marketing or a related field
- Strong PhotoShop skills, with a keen eye for design – portfolios are a plus
- Digital Media buying and SEO experience
- Proven expertise in identifying target audiences, devising and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of analytical tools to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and making reactive adjustments to optimise performance
- Experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics software to gather and analyze data, plus knowledge of key metrics and industry benchmarks
- Strong copywriting skills
- Comfortable working remotely on a full-time basis with global teams
Nice-to-Have Skills and Qualifications
- Experience of working on gaming and/or metaverse products
- Interest in film, music, web3, NFTs, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi and/or gaming
- A love of games, film, music and entertainment and a desire to work for a product-focused company
- Self-starter with proactive attitude
