We are currently looking for an Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the Vancouver office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an entrepreneurial and cohesive executive team, in a face-paced environment at a dynamic technology company.

Responsibilities

• Act as leader of the human resources function at Aquanow
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Spearhead the company's efforts in developing a welcoming and inclusive culture
• Work with the leadership team needs to build a hiring pipeline for future needs
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about HR topics
• Oversee the compensation & benefits program
• Own and maintain the applicant tracking process and software
• Planning in-person company retreats

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or similar
• 2+ years relevant work experience (HR / People & Talent ) preferably in high-growth companies
• Experience working with Greenhouse
• Proactive problem solving abilities
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with little oversight
• High level of written and oral communication skills

• Interest in cryptocurrency, video games, or technology
• Growth/owner mentality
