We are a small and well-funded remote team with our hub in Los Angeles, bringing cross-industry expertise from the entertainment, gaming and tech ecosystems to lay the foundations for a new era of community-driven, inclusive entertainment.

We’re looking for a well rounded Designer to partner with our small yet growing team of Product, Marketing & Engineering Leaders as we build the next generation of our applications. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including UX, merch, digital assets, and overall branding under the guidance of our Product and Design leaders. You’ll be responsible for adapting OP3N’s brand guidelines to create pixel perfect experiences across mobile app, mobile web, and desktop.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a wide variety of digital assets such as webpages, merchandising, digital goods, social assets, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate effectively Product Leads and Leadership team
• Communicate the product’s vision and articulate design decisions and trade-offs both verbally and visually
• Stay up to date on trends and best practices in web3 design
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are properly implemented
• Define and execute product branding elements in collaboration with design team and go-to-market team
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, stakeholders and other teams members to deliver end-to-end product experiences

Requirements

• 1-3 years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio of digital assets and branding collateral
• Working experience with Figma, Sketch, Miro/FigJam
• Strong passion for working in a start-up environment
• Understanding of design systems, best practices, and guidelines across iOS, Android and Web
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
