Coinseal is revolutionizing cryptocurrency security by addressing the vulnerabilities in seed phrase management. Our goal is to offer a secure, user-friendly solution for crypto users worldwide. We are seeking a passionate and experienced CTO to join us on this exciting journey.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and scaling of blockchain solutions, including cryptographic systems, smart contracts, and wallet integrations.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and functionality of the Coinseal platform.
• Work closely with the CEO to align technical and business goals, driving growth and innovation.
• Manage the technical team and lead product development efforts.
• Contribute to fundraising efforts and investor relations, helping secure initial and future rounds of funding.
• Being the face and voice of the development team.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain development, particularly in a startup environment.
• Proven experience deploying smart contracts and managing blockchain-based security systems.
• Strong leadership skills with experience aligning technology with business objectives.
• Familiarity with scaling blockchain solutions and navigating the fast-paced challenges of early-stage ventures.
• Business acumen and experience in fundraising and strategic decision-making.
• Knowledge of running a NFT campaign and blockchain marketing skills.
