Our vision is to rebuild trust in the free, open internet by ensuring people's data is used in ways that meet their expectations while also enabling performant advertising. To achieve this vision, and put privacy and consumer empowerment at the core, we believe the advertising ecosystem of the future can and should embrace web3 concepts including decentralization, cryptography, transparency and open governance. The company was founded in 2022 by industry veterans with a combined 50 years of experience across product development, digital analytics and marketing.

Anonym is seeking experienced economists, quantitative researchers, and data scientists. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Built models/algorithms as a product in a previous role
  • Experience with rapid prototyping and ability to pickup on emerging technologies and new protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable writing R, Python, Scala or Java
  • Willingness to deploy methods into production
  • Interest in learning about Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) and various ads related algorithms
  • Minimum master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field. PhD is a plus.

Nice to have:
  • Digital advertising development experience within open programmatic ecosystem and/or major 'walled garden' ad platform
  • Experience with privacy concepts such as differential privacy, k-anonymity, etc.
  • Experience with causal inference
  • Familiarity with graph algorithms
