Summary:
We are looking for a strong technical data analyst who can assist with conducting analysis and driving integrations across several groups in the organization including strategy, product, and growth. The ideal candidate is proficient in using programming to perform and automate analyses including python, javascript, SQL, and Excel. Prior experience in DeFi is preferred although not required.
Responsibilities:
- Own Reserve surfaces across the DeFi ecosystem including identifying and launching new ones to grow exposure of Reserve and maintaining accuracy/hygiene of existing surfaces
- Conduct analysis on key performance indicators for Reserve and ABC Labs to monitor product efficiency, growth, and success
- Identify, pre-vet and prioritize top of funnel integration and partnership leads
- Defi Performance Marketing Strategy - Learn about various DeFi protocols, monitor CAC and determine if it makes economic sense given our LTV and payback period.
- Monitor and analyze RTokens to suggest improvements to governors
- Prototype and build ecosystem tools like Dune dashboards and other utilities for RToken deployers and governors
- Maintain and evangelize Reserve’s RToken backtester, assuring collateral plugin availability matches app.reserve.org
Qualifications:
- You have at least 2 years experience coding Python and Javascript and/or hardcore excel modeling and data transformation
- You are a curious, tenacious, problem solver
- You are a critical thinker with a catalog of published writings
- You have a passion for explaining stablecoin mechanisms for peg, collateral, safety, governance and economics
- You read protocol docs for fun
- You live in other DeFi Discords and governance forums, have built extensive relationships and are constantly monitoring new developments and opportunities
- You have built Dune dashboards and other demonstrable data or UI utilities
