The Opportunity
The Solana Foundation is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Marketing Lead to join our Marketing Team. This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working cross-functionally, and is passionate about building operational excellence and strategic growth alongside some of the brightest minds in Web3.
In this role, you’ll work across marketing, partnerships, and ecosystem support to bring products to life and help teams thrive on Solana. You’ll identify opportunities for impact, shape go-to-market strategies, and support projects from concept through launch.
To be successful in this role
You ideally have:
Proven experience running end-to-end marketing or launch campaigns in fintech, payments, or crypto
Excellent communication and project management skills in a remote-first, multi-timezone environment
Experience owning a product launch from idea to launch – working with freelancers where necessary to fill internal gaps
A startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making progress with ambiguity
Proven experience running end-to-end marketing or launch campaigns in fintech, payments, or crypto
Bonus points:
Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem or a strong curiosity to dive in
Strong sense of storytelling and how to capture attention in the Web3 space
