Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the core infrastructure powering Eclipse.
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional Rust experience
- 1+ years crypto experience, preferably at an infrastructure company
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms in the context of blockchain technology
- Solana experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced distributed startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
- Design and develop infrastructure components for our protocol, using Rust and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with our product manager and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and solutions
- Architect and implement distributed systems, smart contracts, and protocol-level features to support decentralized applications
- Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure code quality and reliability throughout the SDLC.
