The Role 

Rally is seeking a dynamic Head of Asia to lead its product, growth, and ecosystem strategy in Asia, with an initial focus on South Korea and China. This is a senior executive position responsible for building Rally’s presence, partnerships, and adoption throughout the region.
 
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of crypto and AI ecosystems in Asia, a strong network of projects, KOLs, and creator communities, and proven leadership experience scaling innovative products across borders. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Regional Leadership: Develop and execute Rally’s strategic plan for Asia, aligning local growth initiatives with global company objectives.
• Market Expansion: Build and lead Rally’s market entry and go-to-market strategies for South Korea and China, including product localization, compliance, and community development.
• Partnerships: Establish strategic partnerships with crypto projects, influencer networks, creator communities, and marketing agencies to drive protocol adoption.
• Ecosystem Development: Work closely with the GenLayer ecosystem and Rally’s Alpha partners to expand usage of the Rally protocol among top-tier projects in the region.
• Product & Growth Strategy: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor Rally’s platform for local creator behavior, content platforms, and campaign dynamics.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Rally at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities; position the company as the leading decentralized marketing infrastructure in Asia.
• Team Building: Recruit and lead a regional team of growth, partnerships, and community professionals.

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of leadership experience in crypto or AI startups — ideally in product, growth, or business development roles.
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and decentralized ecosystems.
• Proven track record scaling blockchain or AI products across Asian markets, particularly South Korea and China.
• Strong network of partners across communities, projects, and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Korean or Mandarin preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
