ABOUT THE ROLE
We are deploying a real-world asset (RWA) yield product onchain and are seeking a Web3 developer to own the technical execution of that deployment end-to-end: taking the product through tokenisation, vault configuration, and onboarding with a curator platform, then building the investor-facing frontend and supporting NAV automation across the relevant tokenization SDKs. This is an outsourced engagement for the initial build, with an expected transition to an ongoing support and maintenance relationship once the product is live.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own the end-to-end tokenisation sequence: structuring the fund's assets for tokenisation, configuring vaults on the chosen RWA tokenization protocol, and onboarding the product with a curator platform.
• Coordinate with the protocol's issuance tooling and the fund's legal/admin service providers to ensure the tokenised structure correctly reflects the underlying fund terms.
• Automate NAV publication by integrating fund administrator output to the relevant protocol SDK; this pipeline runs continuously and is the primary operational dependency of the product.
• Maintain protocol API integrations (GraphQL and REST) for reporting, reconciliation feeds, and downstream data consumers.
• Design and build the investor-facing web application (wallet connect, product detail, subscribe, redeem, positions dashboard) integrating a tokenization platform SDK.
• Implement ERC-7540 async deposit/redemption flows and ERC-4626/ERC-7575 vault interfaces in the frontend, with wallet integration and multi-chain compatibility across supported networks.
• Configure pools, share classes, and vaults via platform dashboards and SDKs; maintain parameters as products evolve.
• Monitor vault state, transaction queues, and cross-chain message propagation; triage and resolve issues with deposits, redemptions, and NAV discrepancies.
• Apply security best practices to any custom smart-contract extensions; follow audited contract patterns
from the relevant protocol and do not introduce unaudited custom vault logic without sign-off.
• Following go-live, transition into an ongoing support and maintenance arrangement covering
monitoring, NAV pipeline upkeep, and incremental enhancements.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Requirements
• 5+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 3 years of production on-chain experience.
• Working knowledge of EVM token standards: ERC-20, ERC-4626 (tokenized vaults), ERC-7540 (async
vaults), including the requestDeposit/requestRedeem lifecycle, not just the ABI.
• Production experience deploying or integrating with institutional-grade DeFi or RWA tokenization
platforms (Centrifuge, Ondo, Backed, Securitize, Morpho, Aave, or similar).
• Working knowledge of multichain architecture: bridge messaging, chain-specific deployments, crosschain
state sync.

Strong Preference
• Production experience with one or more RWA tokenization platform SDKs (Centrifuge, OpenEden,
Backed, Ondo Finance, Maple, or equivalent).
• Prior work with regulated fund structures (NAV-priced share classes, T+x settlement, fund admin
integrations).

Nice to Have
• Working knowledge of VARA (UAE), CIMA (Cayman), or ADGM regulatory environments as they relate
to digital-asset products.
• Exposure to fixed-income, credit, or multi-asset ETF products as underlying assets in a tokenization
context.
