The Role
Swan is looking to hire an Account Manager to work closely with Private Client Managing Directors to help manage their book of business, and handle administrative tasks
Your responsibilities
- Update CRM entries in response to voice memos, notes, and email notes from Managing Directors
- Create presentations, collateral, copy, and content in response to business needs dictate by Managing Directors
- Send emails and scheduling links to new leads based on criteria determined by Managing Directors
- Managing scaled outreach campaigns via MixMax
- Constantly review, manage, and look over email inboxes and lead flows to ensure no responses or follow ups were missedSkills and experience that will help you succeed

- The ideal candidate is a Bitcoiner with knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, and Bitcoin fundamentals

What does an account manager do?
Account managers are responsible for managing relationships with specific clients or customer accounts
Their primary role is to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the products or services they are receiving, and to identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise
In order to effectively manage their accounts, account managers typically perform a variety of tasks, including:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
- Handling any problems or issues that arise, and working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitoring the performance of the account and making recommendations for improvement
- Upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients
- Providing regular reports to clients on the status of their accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
