ACE is a Web3 social network with crypto solutions woven deep into the fabric of the network designed for rising creators in the sports and entertainment industry. We apply the power and fulfill the promise of crypto through a simple and familiar setting, without a need to be an expert in crypto or understand how it works.
ACE provides creators with the tools needed to more directly monetize their fanbase by leveraging crypto solutions, content and other utility NFTs, and securities-backed tokens, all on a familiar social platform. Our target is creators in the early and growth stage of their careers with a growing fanbase.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and maintaining ACE's marketing/sales strategy to maximize user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
The Sales Account Manager (Talent Executive) will be accountable for maximizing key Content Creator adoption, their account engagement and feedback, and maintaining their account’s satisfaction. You will lead ACE's sales campaigns and collaborate with internal teams.
The Sales Account Manager (Talent Executive) will have a strong Sales and Account Management background, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and the strong desire to exceed account KPIs.
Responsibilities

  • Build lasting Creator relationships based on trust and respect by understanding and responding to their needs and challenges
  • Understand the value ACE provides and communicate it clearly and proficiently to Creators as you grow their engagement
  • Identify Creators who would benefit from additional monetization opportunities and increased interaction with fans
  • Identify opportunities to expand ACE to new Creators within our Creator’s existing organizations
  • Consult with the Creator on how to optimize their ACE profile and token sales
  • Research & develop successful relationships with and grow key Creators.
  • Assist Creators with technical questions
  • Focus on ensuring Creator’s success to drive business retention and expansion
  • Work with relevant internal stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or Creator programs whenever required

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in sales
  • Ability to multitask
  • High level of responsiveness in remote work environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Desired Experience
  • Track record of meeting KPIs for tech products during: 1) pre-launch, 2) rollout and 3) post-launch of tech products - in a remote, virtual environment
  • Experience working with Millennials and Gen-Z user personas
  • Strong existing relationships in the Entertainment and Media sectors
  • Experience in effectively communicating complex ideas and processes in easy-to-understand ways
