What youâll do đ
- Account manage and support a portfolio within our top 25 Partners in the US
- Focus on making the assigned Partners in the assigned account portfolio as successful as possible, resulting in high partner satisfaction, loyalty, and renewal
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisory relationship with with assigned Partners
- Planning and executing account planning workshops (APW) both internal and external
- Implementing and revising our Partner Feedback Survey (PFS) quarterly
- Generating monthly insight reports, analyzing data and recommending areas of improvements for our clients
- Be the communication channel between our top Partners and our internal Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams by providing actionable insights, detailed product feedback, working cross functionally across the organization for the best Partner experience.
- Ensure a high level of partner success through relationship management, product knowledge, data insights, and overall account management duties
- Develop and document scalable partner success practices and processes
- Managing all things client related (monthly account calls, data requests, new token listings, partner comms, product updates, year-end letters, value reports, conversion rate analysis)
- Managing and updating our CRM for all clients
You should apply if â
- 4+ years experience in either account management, business development, sales, ideally within a global fintech company and/or Web3 company
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- You have cross functional experience working with teams across an org (Specifically Business Development)
- Enjoy working with a global team across multiple time zones
- Experience evaluating Partner needs to suggest upgrades or additional features
- Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills
- BS/BA degree
Nice to have:
- A strong interest in the crypto/web3 space or experience working at a web3 company
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on Partner needs
- Strong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of major industry trends
- Leadership, facilitation, and strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Working with a Business Development team
