About Figure Figure (NASDAQ: FIGR) is transforming capital markets through blockchain. We’re proving that blockchain isn’t just theory - it’s powering real products used by hundreds of thousands of consumers and institutions. By combining blockchain’s transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation, we’ve reimagined how loans are originated, funded, and traded in secondary markets. From faster processing times to lower costs and reduced bias, our technology is helping borrowers, investors, and financial institutions achieve better outcomes. Together with our 170+ partners, we’ve originated over $22 billion in home equity loans (HELOCs) on our blockchain-native platform, making Figure the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S. Figure’s ecosystem also includes YLDS, an SEC-registered yield-bearing stablecoin that operates as a tokenized money market fund, and several other products and platforms that are reshaping consumer finance and capital markets. We’re proud to be recognized as one of Forbes’ Most Innovative Fintech Startups in 2025 and Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in Finance and Personal Finance. About the Role We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Account Operations Manager to bridge the gap between initial sales and long-term client success. In this role, you will be the engine behind our client experience, overseeing everything from technical implementation to ongoing relationship health for our PM + Connect and DART + Non-LOS asset platforms. You are the primary custodian of the client journey once a deal closes, ensuring that technical onboardings are seamless, users are expertly trained, and hurdles are cleared quickly. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Capital Markets, and Product, acting as the operational glue that ensures our clients realize the full value of our lending and asset management technology. What You'll Do
Manage end-to-end client and partner onboarding through successful go-live, including user management, roles, permissions, and self-service setup. Lead product walkthroughs, workflow training, and transaction education while creating all necessary onboarding docs, training materials, and reference guides. Handle technical provisioning, including API key distribution and access configuration, specifically for Figure Markets and YLDS capabilities. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, logging and tracking inbound requests and recurring issues. Triage, route, and own the resolution of bugs, while answering basic loan status or data questions and escalating as needed. Support the Sales and Capital Markets team on demos and technical Q&A during the sales process and partner on platform-dependent deals. Own the structured handoff from the Sales and Capital Markets team into the implementation phase.
What We Look For
4–7 years of professional experience in technical account management, implementation, or customer success, preferably within FinTech, Lending, or SaaS. Proven experience handling technical onboardings, including API key management, user permissioning, and troubleshooting technical workflows. A track record of owning post-sale relationships, conducting business reviews, and managing account health for institutional or enterprise clients. Understanding of mortgage or lending lifecycles (LOS), asset management, or structured finance is a significant plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
