As an Account Manager at Arrakis, you will serve as the primary point of contact of our customers, ensuring their onboarding, TGEs, DeFi strategies, and integrations run smoothly. You will bridge the gap between business development, quantitative strategy, and engineering, ensuring our partnersâ liquidity strategies operate flawlessly day-to-day.
This role combines a strong financial / DeFi understanding with excellent client-facing skills: youâll solve operational issues, address technical problems, ensure high customer satisfaction, and play a key role in scaling the Arrakis liquidity management solution to become the worldâs leading onchain market-making infrastructure.
- A Bachelorâs / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success in financial services).
- Solid understanding of DeFi concepts (AMMs, Uniswap v3/v4, LP strategies, MEV, LVR, impermanent loss).
- Hands-on experience with financial services, preferably market making or related fields
- Strong problem-solving; able to communicate clearly with internal quants and engineers and external business stakeholders.
- Web3 native â frequent user of DeFi protocols, staying up to date on ecosystem trends.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a DeFi protocol or infrastructure project.
- Familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, or Python for scripting and debugging.
- Background in quantitative trading, liquidity provisioning, or blockchain analytics.
