Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers/managers Partner with product and design to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive products Develop and implement engineering frameworks and processes that enable team success Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through thoughtful hiring and development Drive technical excellence and innovation across the Expansion engineering team Balance team development with product delivery, viewing both as equally important responsibilities Collaborate across the organization to align engineering efforts with company goals Establish clear expectations and metrics for team performance
š Qualifications
5+ years of engineering management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing Staff Software Engineers Experience leading teams that are leveraging LLMs and AI/ML products to develop agents and tools Track record of building 0-1 and shipping high-quality software products Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architectural discussions Experience translating complex domains into simple, elegant technical solutions A first-principles approach to problem-solving and framework-oriented thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
