Senior - Lead AI Product Manager

About the Role:

As our Senior Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead in AI/ML, product lifecycle management, and commerce-related algorithms, such as personalization and big data analytics. In this visionary role for the industry, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to develop and launch successful AI/ML-driven products. Your innovative approach and experience in these areas will be key in driving our projects to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the AI experimentation roadmap, leading the execution and validation of multiple Proof of Concept initiatives that align with our current and future product suite.
• Evaluate POCs based on commercial viability, potential to automate processes for other teams (core data platform, integrations),or technical opportunities to enhance key product areas like digital asset management.
• Upon successful technical feasibility validation of a POC, collaborate with core product, data platform, and integration teams to scale and integrate these innovations.
• Influence product strategy and direction by staying abreast of AI/ML industry trends and leveraging insights to propose innovative product features.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the product management team, encouraging the adoption of advanced AI/ML techniques and methodologies

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in AI/ML and data-driven product development.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies, data analytics, software development, and working closely with data engineering teams.
• Preferred experience in early-stage product development and scaling.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of evaluating opportunities from multiple perspectives including customer experience, market trends, and technological advancements.
• Ability to envisioning future AI trends, and translating them into actionable product features and enhancements.
