What you will be doing

• 1.负责公司的对外API接口的测试和技术支持
• 2.调研竞对产品和我司产品的差异，并整理成文档，持续优化我们的API
• 3.总结整理现有问题合集FAQ，且赋能给其他团队，提升效率
• 4.收集分析客户提出的需求与意见，形成可解决的方案。

What we are looking for

• 本科及以上学历
• 中文和英语都可作为工作语言
• 计算机软件工程相关专业，优先考虑能够掌握Python、java等语言• 具有良好的表达沟通和协作能力
• 具有优秀的解决问题和总结问题能力
