The Quant Trading team is responsible for executing trades and managing risks associated with derivative products, such as options, futures, and swaps. The team develops and implement trading strategies to support the quantitative trading team in making informed decisions in fast-paced and complex trading environments.
Responsibilities
- Support delta-one trading operation and ensure risk protocols are properly enforced
- Perform ad-hoc scripting (Python) upon trading desk's request
- Optimize strategies based on market conditions and/or trading desk's requirements
- Manage research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business including flow, liquidity and other strategies
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in the crypto industry
- Good knowledge in crypto derivatives products and genuine interest in crypto markets
- Energetic individual with desire to push the research in a new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and take ownership of strategies and risks
- Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills
- Programming experience in Python/JAVA/C++ and familiarity with working in LINUX environment is a big plus
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
