Novel Tech Service is working with a Blockchain startup that is seeking a Backend engineer to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives in challenging environments, is highly adaptable, and has a proven ability to deliver under pressure. What they do:
Creating and managing pre-approved instructions that allow assets to be moved to a pre-specified destination at a future date, even if the wallet is no longer able to sign transactions. Also providing immediate keyless recovery and threat response, without ever taking custody of your assets or touching your private key.
This position is an onsite position in Brooklyn NY

Blockchain experience is a must
Responsibilities:
- Backend System Development: Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems that drive impactful business outcomes.
- Microservices: Strong expertise in building and optimizing high-performance microservices, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Blockchain Integration: Skilled in integrating backend services with blockchain platforms, leveraging emerging technologies for innovative solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Proven ability to monitor and improve system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- DevOps Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and AWS, managing deployment pipelines, and optimizing infrastructure.
Technical Experience:
- Programming Languages: Advanced proficiency in GoLang and familiarity with other backend languages.
- Tech Stack: Expertise in Dapr, Cassandra, SQL, and related tools.
- Blockchain Technology: Foundational knowledge and hands-on experience with blockchain integrations.
- DevOps Tools: Strong experience managing containerized systems and cloud infrastructure.
