🚀 Full Stack Project Manager

We’re building a presale + meme coin launchpad platform and looking for a Full Stack Project Manager to join our core team full-time.

This role blends project leadership with hands-on coding — you’ll manage sprints, review code, and help the team ship features fast. If you’re a developer who also loves organizing, planning, and leading, this is your chance to step into a high-ownership role in Web3.

🔥 What You’ll Do

- Manage the product roadmap, sprints, and feature rollouts.

- Review pull requests and enforce code quality standards.

- Contribute directly to the codebase (React frontend + Nest.js backend).

- Coordinate with devs, designers, and founders to hit deadlines.

- Oversee integrations with wallets, smart contracts, and Web3 APIs.

- Maintain documentation, testing processes, and best practices.

- Drive presale and token launch execution from planning to release.

✅ What We’re Looking For

- Strong full stack experience (React + Nest.js required).

- Proven ability to manage projects + lead developers.

- Hands-on coding background (comfortable jumping into the repo).

- Solidity/smart contract experience (big plus, not required).

- Strong understanding of blockchain integrations and Web3 infra.

- Startup-ready: fast, proactive, and thrives under pressure.

- Great communication — able to bridge business and technical sides.

🌍 What We Offer

- Full-time, remote-first role (flexible hours).

- Competitive salary + token allocation.

- The chance to lead and build a launchpad platform for presales & meme coins.

- Startup culture: fast-moving, ownership-driven, and high impact.

- If you’re a builder who can also lead, and you want to help power the next wave of Web3 launches, we’d love to hear from you.

👉 Apply with your CV, GitHub/portfolio, and a short note on why you’re a great fit.

What does a back-end developer in Web3 do?

A back-end developer in web3 typically works on the server-side of a web application, using technologies that are specific to the decentralized web (also known as Web3-related)

This might involve building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports decentralized applications (dApps), or developing the underlying smart contracts and blockchain-based systems that power those dApps

In general, the goal of a back-end developer in web3 is to create the technologies and tools that enable users to interact with the decentralized web in a secure and seamless way.
