Backend Architect
岗位职责
- 根据业务需求，负责系统的技术设计、架构优化等设计工作；
- 带领技术团队开发系统核心框架，负责新技术的调查和可行性论证，并对其他成员进行必要的培训；
- 解决项目中遇到的各种技术问题，负责对团队中年轻成员的技术指导；
- 配合业务团队和项目经理，对业务进行确认和分解排期，控制开发风险和交付质量。
任职资格
- 5年及以上后端软件研发⼯作经验；
- 有后端架构设计、性能优化、组件化和模块化⽅⾯的实践经验；
- 具备对产品业务建模和抽象的能⼒，合理运⽤技术⽀撑公司未来产品业务的快速迭代；
- 精通Golang/C++/PHP中的⼀种或者多种语⾔，熟悉常⻅的后端技术框架，对不同业务特征的技术选型有深刻理解；
- 熟悉操作系统、网络通讯协议，熟悉SQL，并了解常⽤的SQL优化技巧、熟悉MySQL，并掌握常⽤性能优化技巧；
- 有管理经验者佳。
