Key Responsibilities:
- Â Calendar and inbox management for Chief of Staff and CEOÂ
- Coordination of internal and external meetings, leadership sessions, board sessions, and off-site planningÂ
- Preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documentsÂ
- Support and coordinate flight/hotel bookings, itineraries, ground transportation, security coordination, and on-ground supportÂ
- Liaise with aviation team and travel partners for seamless executionÂ
- Assist with personal errands, home management, appointments, and eventsÂ
- Serve as in-flight support on private travel (catering, coordination, guest experience, comfort)Â
- Support broader executive initiatives and company priorities as neededÂ
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personal mattersÂ
Preferred Skills
- Strong administrative skill set (Microsoft suite, standard office software)Â
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Experience supporting high-level executives in both work and personal settingsÂ
- Comfortable with up to 30% travel â sometimes with short noticeÂ
