The Project Manager –Construction & Engineering plays a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Director of Construction & Engineering in delivering high-quality, on-time, and on-budget construction projects for CleanSpark’s Bitcoin mining operations. This position combines project coordination, logistics management, and executive support to ensure seamless execution of multiple construction and engineering initiatives.Â
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They will serve as the central point of coordination between leadership, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication, smooth workflows, and efficient problem-solving.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & LogisticsÂ
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.Â
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and status updates in coordination with teams.Â
- Facilitate procurement of equipment, materials, and services, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.Â
- Track and monitor project budgets, invoices, and expenditures to support cost control.Â
- Coordinate travel, site visits, and logistics for events and project deliverables.Â
- Executive & Operational SupportÂ
- Provide high-level support to senior leadership, including meeting preparation, follow-up, and documentation of action items.Â
- Draft and organize presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.Â
- Maintain an organized system for project files, contracts, and correspondence.Â
- Act as a liaison between senior leadership and team members, vendors, contractors, and other departments.Â
- Communication & ReportingÂ
- Prepare and distribute project updates, dashboards, and progress reports.Â
- Coordinate and document project meetings, ensuring decisions and next steps are clearly communicated.Â
- Support compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards across all projects.Â
Qualifications
- Required:Â
- 3+ years in project coordination or related role.Â
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet).Â
