For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world’s leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard and Interactive Brokers.  As a Paralegal, you’ll get to: 

Negotiate various commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and vendor agreements Manage legal entity formation and governance and become an expert on Paxos’ international corporate structure Manage Paxos’ legal operations, including legal billing Build organizational systems to make our Legal team more efficient

About you

2+ years of law firm paralegal experience Experience working on corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing legal agreements  Experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects under tight deadlines Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
