Requirements
5+ years of full stack development experience using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React/Node.js)
Minimum 2 years of smart contract or blockchain development experience (Solidity or similar)
Strong backend skills (API design, databases, distributed architectures)
Proficiency in frontend development: JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar), building dashboards or tools
Experience integrating on chain and off chain systems
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals: staking systems, consensus workflows, RPC interactions
Comfort working in a fast-moving startup >
Responsibilities
Design and build full stack features: backend services, APIs, web front-ends (dashboards, tools)
Develop and deploy smart contracts, manage on chain and off chain integration
Implement blockchain integrated workflows (verification, staking, consensus, data pipelines)
Ensure system reliability, performance, security and scalability
Collaborate on architecture and system design across teams (backend, blockchain, frontend)
Maintain code quality, documentation and best practices
