- Contribute to drafting thoughtful commentary and analysis for investor communications and materials.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales or capital raising for real estate projects in each of the last three years.
- Strong understanding of real estate underwriting, risk assessment, and the ability to articulate these concepts effectively to investors.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term investor relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of purpose, accountability, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
