Role Description We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join Figure Markets reporting to the Head of the Exchange. Your primary role will be the development of new potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential opportunities. This position requires a hands-on Sales Associate professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience to help drive volume across the Exchange and our Stabelcoin (YLDS). Responsibilities

Your primary role will be the development of new potential clients and maintaining a pipeline of potential opportunities, this will be done through a variety of approved channels Collaborate with sales leadership to identify sales funnels and pipelines. Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and Figure Market’s businesses: the Exchange, Stablecoin (YLDS), Loans, and Margin Trading. Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to ensure maximum service adoption. Manage the handover of newly acquired clients with the Customer Success Team and monitor account openings and full progress. Advocate for clients by providing insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services. Responsible for the full sales-cycle. Prospect new business, generate and qualify leads, nurture contacts, and importantly, close.  Conduct consultative sales calls and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of Figure Markets’ products and how they meet the needs of a specific client. Must be a self starter.

Skills and Experience 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Cryptocurrency sales roles focusing on trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure.  Have a hunter mentality with a drive to prospect, and resilient follow-up. Strong understanding of trading platforms, blockchain technology, and wallet infrastructure. Experience cultivating client relationships over in person and the phone, developing long-term relationships. Effectively interact with others in a pleasant, professional manner. Strong client relationship building experience Genuine interest in financial services and cryptocurrency; crypto experience professionally or personally is a plus. Ability to work in a competitive, fast paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
