Our global Business Development team is looking for a hungry Business Development Manager in Hong Kong. You are someone who is able to efficiently manage his or her time across a wide array of initiatives. This person will have had experience and interest in the blockchain industry and the maturity to interface with senior leaders in the industry. We are looking for someone who is also humble and a team player.

The great things you will be doing:

  • Managing business development pipeline and documenting meeting notes and action items
  • Reaching out to relevant Dapp developers and representing TRON at conferences
  • Creating internal memos and presentations on various technology trends, new initiatives, and potential M&A targets
  • Helping negotiate deal terms, work with General Counsel on partner contracts
  • Partner and be a hands on player with the team that leads by example

Who you are:

  • One to two year’s experience in marketing, business development or operations in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and level-headed under pressure
  • Super passionate about blockchain and crypto
  • “Get things done” and “Can do” mentality
  • Fast rate of learning; able to self-learn
