Job Summary:
Sentient is seeking a Director of Marketing with a strong background in AI and blockchain to lead our marketing efforts and promote our community owned AGI platform. This role is crucial for driving awareness and adoption of our platform, which facilitates open AI development and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of blockchain technology and AI, capable of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive and innovative marketing strategy that aligns with Sentient's mission and objectives, with a particular focus on AI and blockchain communities.
Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Utilize deep knowledge of blockchain and AI industries to position Sentient as a leader in decentralized AGI development.
Drive brand awareness and adoption through targeted campaigns thought leadership, and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to market new features and innovations effectively.
Analyze market trends and user feedback to continually refine marketing approaches and product offerings.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with strategic goals.
Represent Sentient at industry events, conferences, and in the media, enhancing the company's profile and network.
Build and execute the Sentient community strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in senior marketing roles, with significant experience in the blockchain sector; experience in AI marketing is highly desirable.
Strategic thinker who can craft and implement innovative marketing campaigns that engage and expand our target audience.
Strong leadership skills, with experience building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and performance metrics to guide marketing strategies.
Background in a high-growth tech environment, with a keen understanding of the dynamics within the AI and blockchain ecosystems.
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of initiative-taking and successful project execution in a fast-paced setting.
Technical background with an understanding of blockchain protocol and AI development
Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with a deep understanding of blockchain and AI technologies is a plus
Prior experience experience building community at a top protocol is a plus.
