The Role
The Marketing team at Trilitech is one of the key creative forces responsible for driving our growth and success. As its leader you’ll own marketing ecosystem wide including across the Tezos L1, Etherlink L2 and incubated products/decentralised applications.

If guiding a collaborative group of creative marketers, shaping narrative and executing forward thinking strategies to impact one of the most innovative ecosystems in Web3 is your thing then we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Define, own and manage the full marketing roadmap across Tezos including product, brand, and community.

  • Establish a compelling brand narrative that resonates with decentralised communities, developers, and users.

  • Lead and manage the marketing function implementing a focus on executing strategies that prioritise impact, growth and awareness

  • Build a culture of ownership and urgency within the team promoting innovative ideas and fast delivery 

  • Set KPIs, track marketing performance, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights

What you’ll need

  • Previous experience as a marketing leader in Web3 is an absolute must

  • Ideally possesses a strong online presence or, at minimum, a deep understanding of key crypto communities across platforms such as X, Discord Telegram and others

  • Demonstrate an ownership mentality driving projects and taking accountability for outcomes.

  • Strong marketing fundamentals within evidence of growing Web3 communities and products
