This role is part of the Global Communications team, which is responsible for Ledger’s brand, communication, defining our strategy, and articulating it. The role reports directly into the VP Communications and works globally and cross-functionally.

. The successful candidate will play a key part in creating the Enterprise business marketing strategy, working on lead generation, high-value institutional adoption and thought leadership globally. This individual will liaise with teams within Ledger, and will work closely with the Communications leadership team, and external partners to help our product teams, partners, and local market teams fulfill Ledger Enterprise’s business goals.

Your mission

    • Support the VP Communications and VP Revenue for Enterprise in building Ledger Enterprise’s position as the world’s most secure institutional platform and trading tool for critical digital assets and Web3
    • Create the Enterprise business marketing strategy, work on lead generation, high-value institutional adoption and thought leadership globally
    • Build, structure, and manage a high performing team that fosters cross functional collaboration with departments
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies in the crypto and digital assets space, and apply insights to inform marketing strategies and roadmap decisions
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to conduct price testing, research competitive pricing, and develop recommendations that optimize product positioning and revenue
    • Be a strong, empathetic leader and team partner, continuously learning and evolving to meet the demands of the rapidly changing institutional digital asset landscape

What we’re looking for

    • At least 10 years of experience in consumer product marketing, with a focus on crypto and digital assets consumer services
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for Enterprises in the crypto industry
    • Deep understanding of the financial industry, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management solutions
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive marketing decisions
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and driving growth in emerging markets
    • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
