Position Overview:

We’re seeking motivated, mission-driven professionals to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of AI Agents. This role requires individuals who are proactive, thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments, and can adapt swiftly to evolving priorities and challenges.

As the CMO, you will collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, driving the growth and transformation of the IQ AI brand. This position focuses on expanding our presence in the AI and Web2/Web3 spaces while solidifying our position within the crypto-native ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Design, to deliver impactful content, manage the marketing calendar, and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, partnerships, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate visibility and growth opportunities for the IQ AI ecosystem and bring significant experience leading marketing or growth initiatives in AI, blockchain (L1/L2), or DeFi projects.

Please note that all roles will require a short onboarding period prior to coming on board.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute data-driven marketing initiatives aligned with key business and technical milestones.
  • Promote IQ AI’s ATP platform by engaging users across diverse channels, including social media platforms like Twitter Spaces and Discord and etc.
  • Coordinate and manage virtual and in-person events to build community and drive ecosystem engagement.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and related events.
  • Drive user growth, retention, and engagement across a variety of user demographics and archetypes.
  • Assess and quantify the ROI of marketing strategies, ensuring a focus on the highest-value initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies, leveraging insights to refine marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and BD teams to facilitate seamless product rollouts and continuous improvements.
  • Act as an advocate for users and the protocol, gathering and incorporating stakeholder feedback to enhance the ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead and scale marketing efforts in AI, blockchain (L1/L2), or high-profile DeFi protocols.
  • Strong personal presence on platforms like X (Twitter) with demonstrated social growth expertise.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within AI x blockchain.
  • Deep understanding of AI, blockchain technologies, and the associated communities.
  • Experience managing social media and advertising campaigns across platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Expertise in lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and optimizing for meaningful conversion and ROI metrics.
  • Familiarity with the AI, DeFi, NFT-fi, GameFi, and broader blockchain landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to engage cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills to identify and act on market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Experience building and leading marketing teams that enhance both crypto-native and traditional brand awareness.
  • A background in both Web2/Web3 and crypto-native marketing initiatives.
  • Previous leadership in growth or marketing efforts for major AI, DeFi, or blockchain protocols.
