Now, we’re looking for an experienced Head of Growth with crypto expertise to join our talented team and shape the future of EXMO.

In this global, remote position, you’ll define and execute a winning marketing strategy that drives explosive customer acquisition and company growth across all brand and content channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a winning marketing strategy that drives explosive customer acquisition and company growth across Europe.
  • Lead innovative marketing initiatives to increase member acquisition and growth across all brand and content channels.
  • Craft and justify the marketing budget.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website development & conversion, lead generation, SEO, SERM, email marketing, targeting, and media advertising.
  • Manage and lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of successful marketing activities in the fintech/crypto industry. A track record of driving results is essential
  • Experience as a user acquisition manager/performance marketer. You understand how to attract and convert high-value users for crypto products and services
  • Experience with SEO promotion
  • Experience in hiring and managing a team of at least 5 people. You’re a strong leader who can build and motivate a high-performing marketing team.
  • Proactivity. You take initiative, solve problems independently, and are always looking for ways to improve.
  • Interest in crypto/web3 and a desire to become a leader in this field. You’re passionate about the future of crypto and excited to be part of a company shaping the industry.
