At TogetherCrew, we’re rethinking how communities and organizations leverage their data to work and collaborate. We’re looking for a Co-Founder to help shape the future of decentralized/web3 CollabTech innovation.

RnDAO is a digital swarm building the future of work

We operate as a research-led venture studio and composable product ecosystem.

We partner with and build modular collaboration-tech tools.

We enable communities and teams to organise and work together beautifully.

Your role:

• Co-lead strategy and shape the studio’s vision, roadmap, and portfolio.

• Incubate and support ventures from idea to launch.

• Expand our ecosystem through partnerships and community activation.

• Drive operational excellence in fundraising, governance, and go-to-market.

You are:

• A founder or builder with startup/venture or DAO experience.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and delivering results.

• Able to bridge Web3, regenerative systems, and real-world entrepreneurship.

• Aligned with our mission to re-architect the economic paradigm.

Details:

• Commitment: Full-time or near full-time.

• Location: Remote

• Compensation: Equity/studio ownership + venture upside (and salary where applicable).
  

🌍 About TogetherCrew

The problem:

People are overwhelmed with noisy telegram chats, Discords, forums, etc etc etc. AI can help us make sense of this data for knowledge management and reputation, but we need to overcome fragmentation across platforms, LLMs hallucinations, and gatekeeping.

Our solution:

TogetherCrew offers a solution for communities to empower contributors to navigate their data. Community Managers can benefit from analytics and automate customer support. Community members can engage with our AI “Hivemind” to get summaries, find links, and discover opportunities.

Our vision:

As AI agents multiply, TogetherCrew can become

• the context layer, powering agents with specific community data and reputation calculations.

• the orchestration layer, where users can request jobs and have their needs farmed to other agents.

Traction:

Over 100 communities have deployed our analytics, including Optimism, Near, Arbitrum, and Eigen Layer. We’re pre-revenue but getting ready to start monetising and have about a year runway thanks to a contract to deliver a Reputation System for SingularityNET.

Together was accepted into TechStars as one of 12 projects selected from 750 applications.
