Company Description

About OleOle

OleOle is building the world’s leading social network and messaging platform for football fans—a super app designed to bring together the global football community in a way never seen before. Inspired by platforms like WeChat, our decentralized ecosystem allows fans to connect, create content, and engage with clubs, brands, and fellow supporters. Why does it matter? Football is the world’s most popular sport, with 2 billion fans worldwide, yet no dedicated social network exists to unite them. OleOle is solving this by providing an interactive platform where users get live scores, exclusive team content, fan-driven discussions, and even the ability to buy hard-to-get tickets, all in one place. In the next phase, OleOle will integrate live match betting and an e-commerce marketplace, making it the ultimate hub for everything football. A football Super App

Job Description

OleOle is looking for a forward-thinking, business-minded Investor with startup experience and access to capital. As a technology-first company, we need an Investor who can contribute at an early stage, helping shape our financial strategy, raise funds, and navigate the complexities of fintech, crypto, and ecommerce.

This is not a traditional Investor role—it’s an opportunity to co-found a game-changing company in the sports-tech space. We’re building a token-based reward system that allows brands to create mini-programs on our platform, similar to WeChat’s ecosystem. Additionally, we’re exploring an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and a Security Token Offering (STO) to fuel our next growth phase.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Startup & Fundraising Expertise – You should have a track record of securing capital, whether through venture funding, private equity, or crypto/fintech fundraising.
  • Fintech, Crypto & Ecommerce Knowledge – Experience in tokenomics, blockchain-based transactions, or marketplace-driven business models is a major plus.
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership – We need someone who can think big, act fast, and execute with precision in a high-growth environment.
  • Equity & Performance-Based Compensation – This role comes with significant upside potential, as OleOle scales into a billion-dollar opportunity.

If you’re a visionary who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and sees the potential in revolutionizing how the world’s biggest sport connects digitally, we’d love to hear from you.

A couple of months ago we lost funding so the entire team is working for deferred compensation which could take several months. We know this is not for everyone however we are not waiting for funding to begin developing our platform.

Qualifications

Qualifications for the Investor & Co-Founder Role at OleOle

Essential Qualifications:

  • Startup & Growth-Stage Experience – Proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Co-Founder in a high-growth technology, fintech, ecommerce, or blockchain company.
  • Fundraising Expertise – Strong track record of raising capital (venture funding, private equity, debt financing, or token offerings).
  • Financial Strategy & Operations – Ability to develop and execute financial models, forecasting, and budgeting for a rapidly scaling company.
  • Fintech & Crypto Knowledge – Understanding of tokenomics, blockchain transactions, and digital asset management, including experience with ICOs, STOs, or crypto payment systems.
  • Ecommerce & Platform Monetization – Experience in marketplaces, rewards programs, or digital payments is a huge plus.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Experience – Familiarity with financial regulations, crypto laws, and international fintech compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • M&A and Corporate Structuring – Experience with strategic acquisitions, exits, or SPACs.
  • WeChat-Style Platform Experience – Knowledge of super apps, mini-program ecosystems, or mobile-first social networks.
  • International Finance & Expansion – Experience in global finance, especially in Europe, Asia, or Latin America, where football engagement is highest.
  • High-Growth Leadership – Ability to scale financial infrastructure while working with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Soft Skills & Leadership Traits:

  • Visionary & Entrepreneurial Mindset – Not just a numbers person, but a business builder who thrives in high-risk, high-reward environments.
  • Agile Decision-Maker – Ability to navigate uncertainty, adapt quickly, and make strategic financial decisions under pressure.
  • Strong Network & Investor Relations – Access to a network of investors, VCs, PE firms, or crypto funds is highly desirable.
  • Passion for Football & Technology – A deep understanding of the global football industry, fan culture, and digital platforms is a plus.

Compensation & Equity Structure:

  • Equity-Based – Significant upside potential based on company growth.
  • Performance-Based Compensation – A mix of equity, salary, and performance bonuses, structured around key milestones.

This is a high-impact role where the right person will play a crucial role in building a multi-billion-dollar sports-tech company at the intersection of social media, ecommerce, and fintech

OleOle is based in Austin Texas.
