- Position title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Type: Permanent (Remote/ Onsite)
Unipilot is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our executive leadership team.
The CMO will set and own Unipilot's marketing strategy, define its core marketing metrics, handle day to day running of social handles (creating, scheduling, and posting content), and drive measurable impact on key outcomes such as brand awareness, community growth, and user adoption.Ā
Responsibilities:Ā
- Lead Unipilotās product marketing efforts to ensure strong product/market fit and drive effective differentiation relative to Unipilotās competitors over time
- Handle all content for visually and strategically elevated posts
- Prepare creative briefs and work closely with designers, video artists, and other social media managers.
- Must be aware of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
- Handle all on-page content scheduling and posting
- Articulate Unipilotās value proposition through clear and user-friendly marketing messaging across the marketing site, product experience, social media, community, and partner channels
- Set the KPIs for the marketing department, and manage the marketing budget across various campaigns and channels to ensure it delivers a net positive ROI
- Develop creative marketing campaigns designed to engage and scale the Unipilot community with new product announcements, partnerships, and unique web3-native promotions (eg. NFTs, airdrops, giveaways, etc.)
- Ā Build and optimize Unipilot's portfolio of marketing channels including content marketing & SEO (eg. blogs, socials, communities, AMAs, etc.), paid advertising (eg. PPC, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, etc.), public relations (press, speaking engagements, conferences, partnerships, etc.) and to grow both community's and social engagement and reach
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally in FinTech or IT.
- Industry experience in crypto/Web3/DeFiĀ
- Fluent in English
- Must have direct experience in community management and growth
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis and marketing analytics tools
- Can switch gears between being both a hands-on leader and an inspiring manager
- Comfortable working with small teams in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent copywriting skills, eye for design, and product intuition
- Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
