We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Lead with extensive experience in managing and nurturing vibrant gaming communities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, and will have a proven track record of community management success within the video game industry and at least 3 years of experience in Web3 community management. You will be a hands-on storyteller who collaborates with internal teams to manage and grow our global community of players and partners.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow, retain, and monetize an audience of both Web3 and traditional gamers
  • Identify and capitalize on trends within the Web3, blockchain, and gaming spaces
  • Collaborate with our IP partners to create synergy across the brand and ensure alignment across publishing efforts
  • Execute exceptional multi-channel community engagement campaigns to attract, grow, and retain our user base
  • Develop and maintain consistent messaging and branding across all community channels and partnerships
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with platform holders, investors, other Web3 projects, and brand partners
  • Oversee content creation for all community engagement channels
  • Foster engagement and create a strong sense of belonging among our players


Requirements

  • Extensive experience and success in managing community for video games
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Web3 community management
  • Proven track record of growing and nurturing communities in Web3
  • Experience sourcing and executing meaningful strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
  • Passion for gaming and Web3 with a belief in the potential for Web3 technology to revolutionize the gaming industry
  • Ability to work effectively in a distributed and remote team environment
