What you'll do

    • Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to cultivate a thriving online community for Coins XYZ 
    • Engagement Strategy: Devise and execute engagement strategies to encourage active participation, foster dialogue, and promote collaboration among community members. 
    • Content Creation and Trend Monitoring: Create and curate engaging content(including articles, blog posts, videos, memes, and interactive experiences) withSenior Social Media Manager and/or Social Team to spark discussions and enhance community engagement. 
    • Event Management: Plan, promote, and host community events, includingAMAs (Ask Me Anything) and virtual meetups using platforms like StreamYard.
    • Community Advocacy: Act as a passionate advocate for the Coins XYZ community, representing their interests, addressing concerns, and amplifying their voices within the organization. 
    • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with community members, influencers, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive community growth. 
    • Community Moderation: Maintain a positive and inclusive community environment by enforcing community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and addressing inappropriate behavior in a timely manner.

What we expect from you

    • Passion for Crypto and Web3: Deep passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the decentralized Web3 ecosystem, with a strong understanding of key concepts and trends. 
    • Community Management Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or tech industry, with a proven track record of building and nurturing online communities.
    • Tech-Savvy (particularly Discord and StreamYard) with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms as needed. 
    • Ability to empathize with community members, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and maintain a positive community culture. 
    • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and accommodate community events and engagement across different time zones. 
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
