Position Overview:

Our 10x visionary Growth Lead will spearhead our community and content initiatives. As the face of Ranger Finance, you will be at the forefront of our engagement with the web3 community, particularly within the DeFi space. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned expert in web3 technologies with a profound understanding of the industry's evolution and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting compelling messages and strategic content that resonate with innovators and early adopters.
  • Building and nurturing an engaged community around our brand.
  • Amplifying our presence and establishing a strong brand voice within the web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
  • Eventually lead and mentor a team of community moderators and/or marketing personnel

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or communications, particularly within web3 & DeFi.
  • 2-3 years of experience in community management, particularly within Web3 & DeFi
  • Deep Knowledge of Web3 and DeFi: Extensive understanding of blockchain technologies, DeFi, and the historical context of the web3 industry.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proven experience in crafting engaging and impactful content for social media, particularly Twitter (X).
  • Community Building: Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and nurture online communities, especially within tech or financial sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills to plan and execute growth initiatives effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Brand Positioning: Experience in defining and amplifying brand voices, ideally within innovative or tech-driven environments.
  • Proactive and Independent: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Metrics-Driven: Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on the success of growth initiatives.
