What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in community management with a focus on Web 3, crypto, NFTs, decentralized apps, and blockchain gaming
- Strong understanding of Web 3 technologies, including NFTs, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain-based gaming ecosystems
- Proven success in scaling online communities, particularly within gaming and crypto spaces, on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X
- Experience developing and executing campaigns that drive community growth, engagement, and retention
- Deep passion for community building, particularly in the Web 3 and blockchain-powered space
- Experience managing open-source community mods and engaging with players across social platforms
- Skilled in influencer collaboration and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster meaningful interactions and maintain community morale
- Comfortable working remotely with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership
- Analytical mindset with superior product and metrics understanding
What You’ll Do 📲
- Lead efforts to build and scale our Web 3 gaming community, focusing on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X to engage and retain users
- Create and implement creative community campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and loyalty within the Web 3 gaming ecosystem
- Organize and host live events, AMAs, contests, and community-driven content to strengthen relationships and maintain excitement
- Educate the community on Web 3 principles, our product offerings, feature announcements, drops, and blockchain-powered gaming to drive adoption and understanding
- Oversee contributions to and engagement within our open-source community mods, ensuring they grow and thrive
- Work closely in collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure community feedback is integrated into product and feature development
- Build relationships with influencers, KOLs, and businesses to create campaigns that enhance community engagement and boost brand awareness
- Manage and guide volunteers, influencers, and ambassadors, fostering consistent community growth and active participation
- Be the face of Hike’s Web 3 gaming product at local and global events, conferences, and community meetups
- Monitor community metrics and engagement, analyzing trends to optimize strategies and ensure long-term success
