About Gnosis Guild

Gnosis Guild is an applied research studio & venture builder developing interdependent software and radical primitives for the world computer. We enable new markets and resilient networks through distributed systems, programmable cryptography, and modular design, incubating category-defining products like Zodiac OS and Enclave. Our work treats protocols not just as technical systems, but as political and artistic mediums, grounded in mutualistic partnerships, open-source stewardship, and ongoing experimentation.

Position Description

The Socials & Growth Lead will be part of GG’s Marketing Squad. This role takes ownership of the daily voice and presence of Gnosis Guild and its ventures, including Zodiac and Enclave, making them legible, resonant, and participatory. We’re looking for someone who is meme-literate, social media-native, and bottom-up oriented, able to keep community channels alive, create content that spreads, and help design rituals that make our projects culturally felt. This role is about building a culture around GG’s ventures, not just broadcasting information.

This is a hybrid role: part social operator, part community manager, part growth experimenter. You’ll work closely with the CMO on strategy and narrative while carrying day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

Community & Social Presence

  • Run Telegram + Discord as active coordination spaces (not passive support).
  • Post updates, memes, and spotlights across X, Farcaster, and other platforms.
  • Activate and experiment with rituals like roundups, bounties, AMAs, and community spotlights.
  • Surface signals from community → share with CMO + Product.

Narrative & Virality

  • Translate product milestones into threads, memes, and short-form content that spread organically.
  • Experiment with formats (memes, videos, rituals) that build resonance and virality.
  • Help frame partner announcements and campaigns for maximum distribution.
  • Support lightweight comms (e.g. short blogs, newsletters, case studies) to amplify product milestones.
  • Tie posts and memes into larger discourses around privacy, governance, modular infra.

Growth & Feedback Loops

  • Pilot lightweight growth hacks (campaigns, referrals, bounties, contests).
  • Track engagement signals (what posts resonate, where conversations spread).
  • Feed insights back into CMO + Product to inform adoption strategy.

Design & Content Support

  • Create lightweight visuals, graphics, and memes using design tools.
  • Maintain onboarding docs, FAQs, and starter guides.
  • Coordinate with Designer for brand-aligned assets.

Requirements

  • Strong writing instincts across formats (threads, posts, memes, docs).
  • Meme-literate, shitpost-curious, eye for virality and swarm behavior.
  • Able to work across multiple brands and shift tone as needed.
  • Experience running socials and communities in crypto or adjacent spaces.
  • Comfortable creating and sustaining community rituals and programs.
  • Basic design fluency, bonus for video and motion design skills.
  • Curiosity about privacy, governance, computation; ready to learn and embed.
  • Growth mindset: comfortable experimenting, tracking, and iterating.
  • Bonus: Experience with token and crypto-native product launches.
  • Bonus: Experience with comms around developer communities.

Benefits

  • As a builder-led org, you’ll be granted generous ownership in our DAO
  • Contribute from anywhere in the world
  • Competitive compensation level (salary + ownership)
  • Flexible schedule
  • Equipment reimbursement
  • Overseas conferences and team retreats
  • Async workstyle (limited meetings)
