Responsibilities
- Community Building & Engagement
- Build, manage, and scale active communities across platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Develop and execute engagement campaigns, events, and AMAs to drive user participation.

- Track and analyze community and social metrics to measure engagement, growth, and sentiment.
- Provide actionable insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve community strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management (Web3/crypto experience strongly preferred).
- Expert-level understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, and derivatives markets.
- Strong knowledge of perpetual DEXs (perp trading platforms) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling Web3 communities across multiple platforms.
- Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) with excellent grammar skills.
- Web3 fluent — comfortable with memes, crypto culture, and community-driven narratives.
- Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe, or similar) to create collateral.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues independently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
