Community Manager - Levant
Responsibilities
- Manage and organise online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region with a focus on our Levant markets.
- Engage with our community on various social media channels and create content aimed to build and maintain relationships.
- Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
- Promote the Binance brand and provide excellent customer service to community members.
- Create, translate, and proofread community-related content for Binance, focusing on Arabic, English & French speaking markets.
- Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
- Assist on moderating the regional Binance social media platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
- Share market and user feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.
Requirements
- Crypto & Binance enthusiast with experience using Binance’s products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT etc.)
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies/trends and a strong interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT etc.).
- Relevant experience creating and curating content for our social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram, and Discord to engage with our community and build/maintain relationships.
- Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to achieve targets. Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
- Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
- Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
- Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
