Are you passionate about crypto and excited to represent Binance on the ground in your city? We’re looking for driven crypto enthusiasts across the MENA region to lead local initiatives, organize educational events, and build strong grassroots communities.
As a Binance Community Intern, you’ll play a key role in expanding Binance’s reach in emerging cities while empowering users through education and engagement.

Responsibilities

    • Manage and moderate Binance’s local Social Media channels, ensuring healthy dialogue, quick response, and daily engagement.
    • Drive structured community growth through referral loops, local activations, and in-person onboarding at events.
    • Launch and manage social media campaigns using bots, mini-games, quizzes, and reward mechanics.
    • Intern will support Arabic, English and French-speaking users and contribute to regional community growth via Telegram, Discord, and other social media platforms.
    • Assist with Binance Angels coordination, onboarding, and activation.
    • Plan and support offline meetups, workshops, and educational sessions in regional cities.
    • Help scout venues, coordinate with local partners/vendors, and assist during on-ground execution.
    • Represent Binance at local expos, student events, university sessions, and Web3 forums.
    • Engage student clubs, educational institutions, and Web3 communities for potential collaboration.
    • Support Binance Academy activations or workshops in partnership with local leadersTranslate, localize, and draft community content (Arabic, English and French) as needed.
    • Collect and report structured community feedback and event insights to regional leads.
    • Assist in capturing user-generated content, testimonials, and social moments during events.

Requirements

    • Preference for candidates in UAE or Arabic-speaking MENA countries.
    • 0-5 years of relevant experience in community support, events, or ambassador roles.
    • Binance Angel or community volunteer experience is a strong plus.
    • Web3 & Binance Ecosystem Knowledge - Strong understanding of both the Binance ecosystem and the broader Web3 space – this is essential.
    • Familiarity with blockchain technologies, Web3 principles, and community cultureIn-depth knowledge of Binance products: Spot, P2P, Futures, Earn, Academy, Launchpad, Binance Pay, Binance LiveAwareness of associated platforms: Trust Wallet, SafePal, and other decentralized applications.
    • Community Engagement & Communication - Deep familiarity with crypto communities, especially on Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter)Proven experience supporting offline events, logistics, or community engagement is preferredExcellent written and spoken Arabic and English (French is a plus)
    • Technical & Tool Proficiency - Telegram/Discord tools: Combot, quiz bots, mini-games.
    • Design tools: Canva, FigmaAI tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek.
    • Project management tools: Notion AI, Asana AI, Trello.
    • Social media platforms: X, Instagram, FacebookEvent platforms: Eventbrite, Luma, Cvent
    • Self-starter with strong time management and reporting skills.
    • Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and take initiative with limited supervision.
