That’s why we created an app that makes it easy to learn, invest, and sell cryptocurrencies—all in just one click.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Content & Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team and help scale our social presence to new heights.

In this role, you will

• Execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
• Manage and grow Pintu's presence across key platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers, media partners, and community leaders to expand brand reach and visibility.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using native platform analytics and third-party tools (e.g., Emplifi, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center) to optimize campaigns.
  
• Stay updated on crypto trends, pop culture, and the digital landscape in Indonesia to ensure Pintu remains culturally relevant. Candidate doesn’t need to be fluent in crypto, but a strong curiosity and willingness to learn about the industry is essential.
  
• Work with the creative and product teams to ensure messaging is on-brand and visually consistent.
  
• Drive measurable outcomes including engagement, impression, traffic, and followers growth.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for consumer-facing brands or digital agencies.
  
• Proven track record of scaling multiple social channels (YouTube, X/ Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics and performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, installs, conversions, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, Twitter Analytics, and TikTok Business Suite.
  
• Stay on top of social media trends with a strong desire to explore and apply them at Pintu.
• Passionate about cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 topics.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
