⚙️The role

We’re hiring a Social Media & Content Manager

🙌🏼 What you will be doing

• We're building an A-star marketing team and seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to help us to grow, engage and activate our audience. You will be the first brand touchpoint for many of our customers, you will need to create compelling, on-brand content that speaks to our different target audiences while adhering to a challenging regulatory landscape.
• You will be a confident content writer with an understanding of the web3 landscape as well as experience crafting and adapting content across our blog, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and other relevant social media platforms.

🧩What you will be working on

• Manage and optimise the company's social media profiles and presence, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and engagement, to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Develop social media content plans that align with brand, commercial and compliance objectives.
• Collaborate with our SEO agency, PR agency and product, accounts and other teams to create content and uncover partnership opportunities.
• Work closely with our B2B team, PR agency, and external partners to coordinate partnership announcements and campaigns that grow our awareness, audience, credibility and traffic.
• Manage B2C email drip campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Track and analyse audience trends such as followers, engagement, and sentiment while providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, escalating issues and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry changes, and apply this knowledge to improve and optimise digital marketing strategies and tactics continuously. This includes constantly assessing the feasibility of launching new channels and content formats.

🤟🏻What you will bring:

• At least three years of experience running social accounts for a cryptocurrency or web3-focused organization is required.
• Proven track record of creating and executing content plans to grow following, engagement and activation across Twitter, Linkedin, and other social platforms.
• Solid experience managing social campaigns, including collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, compliance/legal, and external partners, to achieve business objectives.
• A bias for optimizing towards commercial outcomes and a healthy skepticism for top-of-the-funnel KPIs.
• The ability to operate autonomously and with initiative is essential in our rapidly evolving environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are critical for building and maintaining strong relationships with team members and external partners.
