Concept Art House is looking for a Creative Director to help set the brand architecture for internal CAH Interactive products. In this role, you will be responsible for brand strategy, design direction, and designing and executing specific creative assets to support product vision, user understanding, and growth.

The Creative Director will be responsible for leading projects and defining the short, medium and long-term vision for CAH Interactive products with milestones and short-term actions to get there. You will be responsible for roadmap planning and being the guardian of the creative vision.

What you will do

  • Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for the project to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Champion the creative vision with the Community, internal stakeholders, and Management team.
  • Partner with Art Production, Engineering, Product, Community, and Marketing to ensure proper creative positioning of the product, understand and build with our audience in mind, and inform the vision based on analytics and market research.
  • Provide ongoing creative support for the product.
  • The Creative Director will be responsible for leading projects and defining the short, medium and long-term vision for CAH Interactive products with milestones and short-term actions to get there.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager on roadmap planning and being the guardian of the creative vision.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Web3, NFT, and gaming and ensure the team is developing a pioneering experience that matches evolving audience expectations and innovations.

What skills you will need

  • You are an experienced Design Director or Creative Director with shipped mobile or console titles under your belt.
  • You are a creative storyteller who is comfortable collaborating with the community in established and experimental multimedia formats (e.g. Written, Art, Animation).
  • You are familiar with games-as-a-service design methodologies and building a living game for a large community of players.
  • You can motivate and drive interdisciplinary teams to produce great player-facing experiences.
  • You are a master of design systems, workflows, and processes.
  • You are a believer in the power, reach, and potential of Web3 technology, even if you’ve never built in it.

Bonus

  • You have built immersive interactive narrative experiences for a big community of players.
  • You are passionate about NFTs and are personally active in Web3 communities (e.g. DAOs, games, passes)
