Rmeta Labs provides the top NFT creators, agents, and curators with a track record of success and limitless creativity all under one roof. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Creative Director who has knowledge of the NFT world and has done NFT marketing strategy in the past.
The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing creative briefs and marketing campaigns and is comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities as well as a long-term strategy, and thrives under tight deadlines and changing needs.
Responsibilities:
Working closely with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guides to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications
Produces promotional materials by developing basic presentation approaches and directing layout, design, and copywriting
Determines and monitors production schedules and provides work direction to staff
Determines production requirements by reviewing client requirements and considering internal scheduling factors
Develops marketing strategies by examining client objectives and planning, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements for direct marketing, telemarketing, and advertising
Monitors, revises, and improves marketing plan and quality results by studying creative processes, analyzing campaign results, and implementing necessary changes.
Developing and managing multiple social media calendars
Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of Creative Director or Marketing Management experience in a company environment
Excellent knowledge of NFTs and crypto communities
Experience in NFT project marketing and deployment on a large scale
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for details and creativity
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Hands-on experience in content management
The hiring process will include two interviews with the management and a short activity to test your skills.
