Token Metrics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as a Crypto Operations Manager. The ideal applicant should have extensive understanding and expertise with Crypto operations as well as Human Resource management.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of our platform and enhance efficiency and performance through process development and implementation.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure operational success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee human resource activities such as hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations, with a strong knowledge of HR management strategies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Skills include multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting, as well as understanding regulatory needs in the crypto industry.
- Proven record of running effective operations teams.
