Confirmo, the one and only Czech cryptocurrency payment gateway, is on the lookout for a Junior Product Manager. Established in 2014, we are trusted by businesses such as Alza, Pilulka, FTMO, Trezor, and Pražská plynárenská. Supported by the investment group MITON, renowned for successful projects like Rohlík, Heureka, and Slevomat, we're exploring future possibilities in the world of crypto payments.

Confirmo is in an exciting position. We’re building an innovative B2B2C payments product through which we’re disrupting the legacy finance industry. We still possess the startup DNA but we also have significant traction, and we are growing rapidly. This requires a balanced mixture of speed and novel approaches to product design blended with understanding of requirements of established customers. Something along the lines of “Move fast, but don’t break everything”

This is not a typical product management job. The boundaries of your role will be quite blurry and you will be required to step outside of them quite often. You will be expected to own things and to take matters into your own hands if you see that something is stuck / could be improved etc. - even across teams. There are very few hard-skill requirements (see the list below) therefore it’s fine (or perhaps even preferred) if you’re a blank slate of paper. This can easily be your first actual job. We will guide you - and we will learn alongside you, as long as you’re willing to put in the work and endure occasional chaos. The most rewarding part is that your effort will have a direct impact on the final product and your decisions have the potential to make many customers very happy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research

• Designing prototypes of new features

• Conducting more research

• Cross-team collaboration (not just the engineering team) around feature development

• Conducting even more research

• Coordinating release and adoption of new features

 What you should bring to the table:

• Fluent in English

• Ability to listen emphatically and to see things from the perspective of others

• Located in Prague so you can be in the office at least 3 days a week

 Any of these is a plus:

• Have you played around with Figma, or some other digital design tool before?

• Are you curious about the world of finance, money?

• Are you curious about crypto / blockchain?
