We’re hiring a Head of Sales to own and scale revenue growth. You’ll lead the BD team, build a global affiliate network, and optimize sales operations across all channels. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the business development team
- Structure inbound/outbound lead flows and sales operations
- Build and scale a global affiliate program
- Set and hit aggressive revenue targets across BD and affiliate channels
- Unlock new monetization streams and regional growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Leadership experience with remote, performance-driven teams
- Familiarity with crypto, fintech, or SaaS sales cycles
- Strategic, fast-moving, and hands-on
