Understanding of complex procedures and technologies. Work at a rapid pace with substantial ownership and autonomy. Work with the blockchain team to write tools and automations. Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure reliability and security across the network. Collaborate with all internal teams to deliver impactful solutions. Understand and work with complex algorithms dealing with DVT and cryptography. Optimize and maintain codebases for reliability, performance, and scalability.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in go development. Any knowledge in blockchain/cryptocurrencies - Big Advantage! Startup background. Understanding of concurrency patterns and experience with multi-threaded programming. Strong technical and analytical skills, fast learner, independent, and able to deep dive into complex problems & find their root cause. Strong communication skills and a track record of collaborative problem-solving. Familiarity with distributed systems design and P2P networking - Big Advantage! Highly motivated, into details, self-starter, team player, eager to learn.
